Late.Shri Mafatlalji C Shah
Founder – at Shah Ways PVT. LTD
Hailing from Mandar, Rajasthan, Late Shri. Mafatlalji C Shah was the First Generation Entrepreneur of his family and founded Mahaveer Transport Company, a one-of-a-kind lorry supply organization in Vijayawada. An eternal optimist with his assertive stance was a winning formula to boost the company and place it on an ever-evolving pedestal of success and harmony.
Pankaj M Shah
Managing Director – Shah Ways PVT. LTD
In 1987, he proudly earned his Bachelor of Commerce, from KBN College, Vijayawada, and cleared ICWAI along with it. Fueled by a passion for logistics and transportation services, he embarked on a journey marked by relentless dedication and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. With a keen intellect and unwavering sincerity, he quickly established himself as a leader in the field, shaping the landscape of logistics with his innovative approach and dynamic vision.

He got actively involved in the business very early in his life. With a BA Honors in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, he plays a pivotal role in driving the technological advancement of the company and building lean operational systems, boosting overall efficiency and productivity in the business. His strategic vision is centered on developing a comprehensive software solution designed to revolutionize the operational framework within India’s logistics sector.
Beyond his professional endeavours , he is deeply committed in community leadership as the current Chief Secretary of the JITO Visakhapatnam Youth Wing, dedicating his efforts to nurture and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Jatin Shah
